It has more sensors and controls which allowed Mazda to tweak the fuelmap in the computer more efficiently, hence, an extra 5hp. 99 140hp - 1.2 point higher compression pistons, maybe more small tweeks, gaining another 7-10hp. Final official hp will be determined when emmision testing is complete.
