i just checked out the newest pics at miata.net and i gotta say that i'm

impressed with the changes so far.     with the spare and the battery baried

beneath the trunk there is deffinately more room in there.   although there

wasn't a shot of the actuall trunk space.     with the barn doors gone it

appears that there is alittle more working room in front.    and i really

like that lighter color tan interior and top.    maybe it was just due to

the flash of the camera but the gages appeared to be blue.....i haven't

decided about this as of yet. i suppose i'll just wait till i can see one

for real.    the way things look to me right now i suspect that all miata

enthusiests are going to approve the new car in the end.    even the

diehards that won't admit it.
