} The black gasket that is on the sides and top edge of the outside of the 

} windshield on our car is puckered in several places. Can this item be

} replaced without removing the windshield? If so, do I need to order

} anything besides the gasket? Once again, thanks for the help.



I doubt it.  The black gasket is pushed into the windshield sealant when

the windshield is put in.  You can pull it out without destroying it

(in fact, that's the first step in replacing the windshield), but I

don't think you could get it back in.
