Perhaps a useful enhancement to your question (the answer to which I don't know, btw) might be to ask if the home-grown short-shifter conversion (i.e. cut the top off the lever, tap threads down to the conical section, shorten the VooDoo knob, and you're done) is in all practical ways functionally equivalent to a "real" short-shifter kit which plays with the fulcrum and whatnot.
