yup,  I, at the very least, consider this sacrilege, though are

certainly those that have done this, and it was even the subject of a

write-up in the most recent Miata Magazine.  



as you may have read, there are many people in even this community that

are producing amazing amounts of power out of the original engines in

their cars, with turbo's, supercharger's, nitrous, and some who have

combined these.  I believe someone in Australia, or perhaps New Zealand,

was even recently discussing installation of a turbocharger to augment

his supercharger.  Perhaps he will discuss nitrous next?



You can make big power in a Miata without upsetting the excellent

balance the platform gives with its original engines.
