Rob, I applied this to my 92 SE-R while I was in a car audio craze. I removed the plastic barrier, removed the sticky black (white in the SE-R) goop, precut one large piece making sure I had proper allowances for screw holes e.t.c. and covered the entire door. (then I repeated) I also stuck a long strip on the backside of the outside door skin too. I never had any moisture problems but this was a garaged Sentra.. Don't get the goop on anything else as its a MAJOR bear to remove.. It'll dry up too so don't leave uncovered too long.. You could pull back portions of the plastic barrier and add pieces (4" x 4" would work) in areas on the door then reapply the moisture barrier. The most effective location (assuming this is to clean up audio) would be around the speaker hole and the outside door skin. It doesn't take much Dynamat to stop the panels from "ringing".. I used a wallpaper roller and a heat gun to form/apply the dynamat. (I used both "Super" and "Flex-lite") I'd just use Flexlite now as it was much easier to form.. Firewall, floors, rear deck are other locations where Dynamat would be helpful. -Brian -----Original Message----- From: Robert Winchester <Random@tm.net.my> To: Multiple recipients of list <miata@realbig.com> Date: Monday, December 01, 1997 6:53 AM Subject: Help with Dynamat... >A while back there was a thread on Dynamat-ting.
