the first thing i got from the listserv was a confirmation of subscribing AND a list of Instructions on how to do this, that and the other......most prominently was how to "unsubscribe". the first thing i did was to print out a copy of those instructions. a common sense kind of thing, i do believe. i had never been subscribed to a list before......heck, i had only been on the internet for about 3 days. although the person that turned me on to the list (bill gusky) did warn me about the volume. the first time i watched my mail box fill up with list mail, it was the coolest thing i ever did see. i think keith does a good job of getting instructions to "newbies" but, he can't go to their house and hold there hand. he also, about once a month, posts the instructions to the whole list. these people just don't read anything from the git-go. we're just gonna hafta learn to putup with it.
