aaron,

from the wording in your message it looks like you are insisting on

keeping your RAS until the hard dog arrives.          if that's the case

then i would have to say that you are the one who lost the sale.

you don't like the long wait for the hard dog.......neither did the guy

waiting for the RAS.      jmho.      next time you have a buyer,

deliver it......you won't lose the sale.         or, wait to get the hard

dog

before you put it up for sale.
