I have similar stories about my 95:   It' been down to "nothing" several times

since I have had it.... who knows before...and after jumping,  never had

another problem until I did something stupid again.



On my "new" '90:   The previous owner did not drive it enuf to keep a charge

so Mazda was kind enuf to sell him batteries telling him the bat would not

recharge.  We had to jump start the third one he bought one year ago to get

the car to my house yesterday....   Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I put the

sucker on an 8 amp charge overnite and today she's starting right up.. well

sorta' ..  for me!   I've got it on a 2amp charge now and will leave it for

the next 20 hours or so and then drive it everyday... I think this is gonna'

work!



But just in case... Bill C. is shipping me a Westco tomorrow.   :-)
