Well, not being a native of the good ol' USA, I wouldnt want to comment   

on which company makes the best doughnuts, having tasted neither, but I   

can tell you this for free....



IF IT COMES OUT OF AN OVEN, ITS NOT A DOUGHNUT!!!  (or a donut)



Doughnuts are deep-fried.



As a side note, and remebering that I havent tasted either of those   

doughnuts, I have to say, that going by my experience with pizza,   

hamburgers, chicken and other fast-foods. The best tasting food does not   

come from franchises, it comes from indipendant mom+pop type operations.   

It often helps if the proprietors or chef are of the same nationality as   

the inventor of that food-type... ;-)
