I believe European cars place it in the same place as the US. Apparently, Canada requires a larger res. than would fit up there so they had to move it. The '99 Miata places the res. in the Canadian spot for ABS cars and the US spot for US non-ABS cars. The '99 Canadian cars have a DIFFERENT res. in the same spot... Sheesh...
