Mazda makes a 2.0 DOHC in the MX6.  Don't know if it will bolt up though.  It

is only rated at 120 HP so the cams can't be too aggressive.  A .4 liter

increase over the 1.6 will be too much for the 1.6 ECU to handle so a

programmable ECU would be a must.



The 1.8 is actually 1839cc.  The stroke is 85mm and the bore is 83mm.  A 1mm

overbore gives 1884cc and a 2mm overbore gives 1929cc.  Pretty close to 2.0

liters for a little machining and a few pistons.
