Check out AutoMeter gauges.  You can get 2 5/8 which slide into the vent
sockets or 2 inch which could be mounted under the radio.  They have fuel
pressure gauges and also an isolator for about $40 which will allow you to
mount the gauge inside the car.  The braided hose alone runs about $40. 
Some people use an electric oil pressure gauge to read fuel too.
