I haven't paid much attention to MCA but the recent
exchanges make it hard to ignore.

Does the MCA have a board of directors?  
Do the members get to vote for
the board (if it exists)?  
Is there a history of how Mazda santioned MCA? 
If there is a consensus that MCA is not serving the membership well, would
a petition to Mazda have an effect? 

I like the magazine and lament that the issue (no pun intended)  of the
magazine and the issue of the MCA are intertwined. 

As a neophyte, I'm not really sure what I've wandered into.
