Because of ?  Though far from the ideal setup, I thought low speed
spool-up was a benefit of it's smallish turbine and housing.   Now I'm
considering multiple 25 lb. nitrous bottles, the way I'll need to floor
the gas to get going ;)  Just joking of course.

What about going to 18 degrees advance + requisite knock control to help
the low side out.  Adjust cam timing too?  Larger downtube?
