To jump onto this,  I noticed that the tonneau wasn't listed in the
brochure on the 99.  But read here that someone had noticed the holes
for the tenax knobs so I will presume availability (at what additional
cost?)
bought my current one from Senator Mazda in Sacramento for $271.80 no
installation.
