well, i took norman up on his offer to call just now and guess what.
i got the answering machine and it said that norman was going to
be out of the office all week.     he'll be back on 3/9, next monday.
i suppose he figures this will die-off during the time he ignores us.
it would have been so simple to address our concerns the other
night instead of inviting a phone call that he had no intention of being
in his office to accept.

i believe it was "voodoo" bob that warned us......thanks bob, do you
hate it when you're right?   :>)
