Yes Will... but try to convince a society that finds it politically expedient
to play on people's fears and promise them Heaven on Earth if one can only
eliminate *all risks* by using legal controls. A dangerous and silly posture,
if not a new one. After all, Darius had the Sea condemned to a severe flogging
for interfering with his planned invasion of Greece... Poseidon shrugged!  LOL
