I'm reading my books and have not seen any obvious answer...help appreciated:

Problem:   Outside mechanical mirrors tend to be too loose in all axis.

Question:   Is there a tightening mechanism inside the mirror?

I see it will be easy enuf to remove the mirror from the car...just don't want
to do it and find no adjusment can be made.
