No, chances are, they can't do it.
Reason is simple.  Miata doen't have Bosch's FlashROM which can be
reprogrammed.

I know for fact that 1.8 liter (1994-1995) has a ROM which you can upgrade,
but I have never seen the OBD-IIed ECU, so can't really comment on this one.

If someone with OBD-II'ed ECU can send his into us (or just take a picture
of inside ECU), we can take a look at it and make one if its possible.
(just never had a customer with OBD II'ed ECU)

As far as NB8C (New Roadster)'s ECU, we will be releasing an upgrade within
a few month.
