Actually, its owned and operated by Andy Poling. The "miata.net" domain is
simply an alias which is provided by Miata.net. 

In reality, no one *owns* the list. Its the property of the individual
contributors. The listserv software Andy has provided is really a
facilitator for 1,000 people to exchange messages.

Think of the list as a spontaneous gathering at the park. The participants
don't own the park, nor does the owner of the park have anything to do with
what the participants say to each other.

Andy provides the park. :)
