Phil - Can't say for sure for the 93' but I just picked up the brochure for 
the '99 after my drive and thats what it says.  I think it might be a DOT 
requirement because my 87' Corolla GTS RWD has he same setup.

Are we talking Miata or 928 here?  If both then wow that's a common
trait I didn't know they shared!
