Gorilla snot (3M 8001) is a weatherstripping contact adhesive, and should
work fine. Clean both surfaces. Apply a thin coat (spread with a
popsickle stick or piece of cardboard) to each surface, let dry until
slightly tacky, then press together firmly. You needn't completely cover
the surfaces, just enough to hold--and of course the covered areas must
mate up.
