Aaron:  I priced upholstery of the seazts in Sacramento.  $350 - $400
and I supply the material (another $150).  You might want to look into a
Mazda recycling shop such as the one in Sacramento.  They have a lot of
seats in their wharehouse - might have a pair that would fit the bill.
