I agree about "skin color" & such but I think if you're polite to the cop
& he feels like giving you a break on the ticket he should be allowed
to do so. OTOH, if you act like an @$$ then it's well within his
perogative
to ticket you for exactly what you did wrong.
And let's be honest about

Maybe, maybe not....some do, some don't I'm sure. But the fact is
they are just doing the job they were hired to do.
