I second Lou's sentiments.  It is far easier for me to filter out the
NMC and have those posts sent to another "holding" file which I can read
later if/when I have time or delete them if I don't have time.  Sonja
has offered many valuable tips.  Don't let your anger over one incident
cloud your vision of her contributions to the list.
