LOL!!  "Excessive"?  I don't know where you live but, in most cities
they (they being the people) claim there aren't enough police to do
the job.

Man, you "must" live in a small town if that's the worst of your problems.
I'd be thankful if Orlando had never grown from that size....& I do
remember when it was just a small southern town.

So, how come there are so many people on this list that complain about
how the government is "screwing" us but, nobody is jumping to go into
politics to change a damn thing?  That's how it works, don't like the
system?...get in office and fix it.
