Drove the Boxster again. I'm the one who had a deposit on the Boxter last
July. I drove the Miata in August,1997, fell in love with the Miata and leased
it for one year. I got my deposit back from the Porsche dealer. Having read
these Boxster posts for the past couple of weeks I started to have doubts
about my sanity, so I went and drove the Boxster.  The Boxster is a great car,
no two ways about it. Since this was crunch time; Boxster or Miata, I had to
make up my mind. I have to say very honestly, I LOVE THE MIATA. It suits me to
a Tee. So today I went to my favorite Mazda dealer: Delray Mazda, 2001 South
Federal Highway, Delray Beach, Florida  33483, 561-278-7800 and spoke with the
saleslady, Jodi Weisfeld. By the way they still have a few '97's left. Jodi
has been selling the Miatas for several years and is very knowledgeable about
the car. Today I ordered my '99 White Leather Pkge. with ABS. (Is that
applause I'm hearing. If so a big Thank You.) The car should be in in a couple
of months, just in time for my trip to the MMM in Poconos. The reason for the
delay is to get one with the ABS. So now I'm like a kid (some kid) waiting for
Santa Claus. I'll keep you posted.
