I've got a set of Levoc pedals (or more precisely, pedal covers).  The set
includes a dead pedal that's a ringer for the accellerator, prompting many
puzzled looks and questions about my four pedals :)  Goes well with the
6-speed shift pattern on the Voodoo knob....

Anyhow - they're aluminum and rubber, but it wouldn't be hard to paint them
white or black.  I drilled mine out for a cooler look, too :)
