yup i had the same problem with the J&S unit also....all i did was to turn down the sensivity control to about 11 O'clock position...haven't heard any kind of knock yet...maybe in the summer when the weather is warmer...please let me know what kind of software they are offering... acutally i really think now the MSD unit would have done just as good.. oh well......the knock sensor...still allow knock to occur just once... anyway tetsuo
