That would be the 1998 Indy 500 pace car model.

I think that the flamed Miata is the SEMA News project car. After I saw it
in that magazine, I E-mailed the editor a few weeks ago to ask if he was
interested in adding a Voodoo Knob to the interior. He actually answered
the E-mail within 24 hours and said that he was interested, and that he
will get back to me when they start working on the inside of the car. We'll
see.
