I think that this would be a great idea!  However, I would have to agree with
Lanny about the February issue ... it can be "kinda" questionable around here
in St. Louis.  Although I think that April would work just as well as may.
Someone else mentioned the Chicago/Lansing, Michigan area.  I've been there in
what I consider early spring and old man winter still has ahold of that part
of the country.  Maybe a move a little further south.
