There are wear indicators embedded in the rain channels of the tires. When
the tire tread is level with these, your tires are in need of replacement.
The time it takes to reach these is highly dependent on the tire and driving
style but you should notice a pretty severe loss of grip. :)
Funny how long it takes me to reach them without my old Mustang.. I guess I
couldn't find anything better to do with it.. :)
