When I first got my car, I had that problem all the time, in both windows. I took
it to the dealer and had them fix it as a warranty item. They got the passenger
side window right the first time, but it took them two tries to fix the driver
side window.
If I remember correctly, Mazda issued a service bulleting on this problem. The
dealer is supposed to fix it. I am, of course, assuming that your car is still
under warranty.
