Ok...
I now realize that Miatas are a mischievous lot... Promising oh so very
much.. (and quite able to deliver). Scooter (who I had wanted to name
Sassy!) has convinced  me. Scooter it is. I took the truck out last
night(funny.. never felt a need never to name a truck)...the sun was setting
in the distance.... we had just had a brief shower and everything seemed so
fresh.... well!!! as I backed down the drive, I turned on my lights... and
the headlight beams played across Scooter's face... there of course was that
proverbial smile.. but I noticed something new!!!!! Hmmm something new after
all the time I spend looking at him????? Well, I recently installed TSI's
and as I backed away.... I noticed a gleam coming from both.... I had to
stop and pull back in to see what it was. I swear it looked like the sparkle
in a kid's eyes at a carnival!!! So, that convinced me.. Scooter is happy
and so am I!!!!! Even his grin seemed perkier.

And... you know... we have a better relationship now that I know he is a he.
Sorta like being with a high school bud on a Friday night!!!! Cruisin.... 8
track turned up high... circling the route from the Dairy Queen to the
Burger King.... we (along with the others) wore grooves in the pavement.
Cars would almost drive themselves!!!! Ahhhh sweet innocence and bliss.
Loved our cars and almost lived in em....

I had an MG Midget then, that was the heyday of muscle cars... I guess I had
to be different... nah... just love two seaters.... hmmmm that long ago????
1969!!!! smiling was a good year... yes.... sweet memories... Once I swear I
had me and three girls (well one in it and two on it!) in that Midget...
(heaven on earth for a high school senior!!!!!!.. almost as good as being
the only guy in typing class.. did not learn much about typing.. but ...
grinning here.... was very educational none the less).

Ok enough rambling... sorry...
