I just used Krylon blue spray enamel on mine.  (The auto parts stores had
already closed and in the middle of a brake job).  The calipers still look
glossy and have never bubbled or peeled in over a year of use, including
autocrossing and other activities that can really heat up your brakes.
Hi-temp stuff is probably the best, but can you buy that stuff in a gloss
enamel?  I've seen some jobs that don't look too nice--very drab and
unattractive paint coats, IMHO.
