Will:
I can't say I have an answer for your handling problems, but I did drive a
'91 with Tokikos Sunday, in a test and tune session. I've never driven a
more ill-handling Miata. In tight transitions, the rear of the car started
to hop dangerously. I adjusted the front to full stiff, and the rear to
full soft and decreased the problem, but with this significant improvement,
it was still the worst handling Miata I have ever driven--of probably 25
I've had the occasion to drive in AutoXing situations. Stock shocks are an
order of magnitude better, so maybe this also was a blown shock situation.
FWIW & Good Luck. Let us know what you find.
