Well I did it!  Took me one year and three months of driving a  Miata to
hit the rev limiter.  Did it in first gear.  The engine really sings a
great song at 7200!  I was a little shaken by the loud but terrific
engine sound, but really liked it.  I feel much more comfortable now
shifting at 6500 RPM with the added protection of the limiter.
