Go for the 14BTDC.  While results may vary from engine to engine, this is the level most commonly used for a performance boost.  It seems that this setting is the best trade off between boosted lower end torque and high end revability.  I have my A/T set at 16BTDC, and I use premium fuel.  You may want to try regular unleaded first.  If you get pinging, move up to an intermediate grade.
