The real OPG will fluctuate as you have seen, and the readings change as the engine
warms up.  Initially it should sit around mid-scale even at idle, and hit the peg
around 4,000 RPM.  Keep the revs down so that the oil doesn't go to the peg until it
warms up and thins out.  After things are completely warmed up the idle pressure
will be around 30 and the high RPM pressure will be over 60.  Shouldn't max out even
under high RPM once warmed up though.
