I've driven this road a few times and agree that it is one of the best I've
ever been on. We would typically stay for a few days in Elk, then winetasting
through the Anderson Valley (Navarro, Husch, etc). Then we'd finish up in the
Russian River Valley (the "west road" is magnificent) on our way to SFO.
Unfortunately, I've only driven this in a rentabox car. Next time I'm renting
a Miata at SFO. Thanks for sharing your trip!
