Hi gang..I'm sure that someone on the list has had this problem. The other day
we were taking a left turn up a slight incline and water began to pour down on
my passenger's feet. The weather was warm and dry, top down, AC on.
This afternoon I tried to find the source of the waterfall. I took out the
glove box but found no obvious points of entry. I then removed the connecting
strap that holds the heater fan to the black box (Heat exchanger?) next to it
and found that the foam on the band was damp but didn't find any sign of water
inside the housing. I put it all back together and took her for a short ride.
About a half hour later, the waterfall was back! Any ideas on what to do
(other than supplying my passenger with soap and a towel) would be
appreciated! (I checked the Archives but didn't find anything about this
problem.)
