A problem with acrylic windblockers has surfaced.  This applies to the KTW
(my design), the TC version, and any homemade jobs out there.

If you expose the windblocker to extreme heat, it will warp.  An easy way
to do this is to put the windblocker on the back shelf and drop the top
onto it.  Park the car in the hot sun, and your windblocker will be a
different shape when the top comes back up.  It's probably also possible to
warp the plastic by leaving the windblocker up with the top up in the sun,
but we don't get enough sun here for me to verify that one :)

You could theoretically straighten the plastic (or make it a bit better,
anyhow) with properly applied heat and weight, but I expect there will be
stress marks in the plastic.
