Jay,
The A/C generates a lot of water from condensation.  There's a drain hose
that goes from a pan under the glove box to the outside of the car.  Stand
on your head in the footwell and you can't miss it.  That drain is most
likely clogged.  Yank the hose off the pan and pull it out of the hole in
the footwell.  Clean out the hose if it is clogged.  If not, get a piece of
wire or a pipe cleaner and stick it up in the hose fitting on the bottom of
the pan.  A lot of water should come out and hit you in the face.  I did
this in my friend's car and the problem went away.
