I've had Falkens on four OTMs (85 Camaro, 86 & 87 MR2 and 93 MR2
Turbo) and I was really happy with them.

The last set I had on the MR2T was of the Ziex variety and while they
were not an ultra high performance tire,  they were more than adequate
for the street.  They tended to squeal earlier than the Dunlop D40M2s
I had before.  It is my understanding that the GR-Beta is a
significantly higher performance tire than the Ziex.

I've only had the Miata for a month and it came with new (POS) tires,
so I have no experience with them on Miatas.
