Pretty much true, I got my miata only 3 weeks ago and it was the first car
with a manual transmission I have ever owned or driven. The first week was
a bit touch and go, but now I can't imagine ever driving an automatic
again. I'm not perfect yet, but a couple of nights ago I blew away the Z3
(must have been the 1.9 litre version) that was revving its engine next to
me at the stop light :)
