Don't sell it, Frank!

I still use mine. Even with the rollbar, there's carpet-window and
softtop-window contact, it's just on different parts of the window.

My procedure is as follows:

Open the window protector, folding the top flap forward (over the harness
bar if your bar has one).

Lower the top, capturing a towel in the window as usual.

Just before the top is fully lowered, lay the top of the protector over the
top of the folded window. It will get captured by the top as it comes down
the rest of the way.

Probably excessive, but that seems to run rampant around here...
