If the fog lights are aimed correctly and placed low on the vehicle they
should not blind other drivers. It is the people who do not do the job
correctly that make life hell for other drivers. I do not think fog lights
by themselves are the culprit. How many times have you been blinded by a
car with their regular headlights aimed incorrectly.

Moderately happy, I would be a lot happier if people here,
didn't use the
darn things, I nearly got blinded last week by some idiot
with them on, in
the city, he was of course behind me and the road was
perfectly well lit.
Fortunately he realised that I was holding my hand over the
rear view mirror
for a reason and turned them off. Now that they have been
made illegal in my
state, there might be a few less accidents caused by people
who don't know
		when to use them.
