Yes, it has happened to me on a couple of occations. But it has always been
the _front_ indicator light. I noticed that the V1 doesn't like to sit in
the glovebox vibrating - it kills the light bulb quicker. Put it where it
suppose to go - on the dash/windshield when the vehicle is moving.
Just remember to remove the unit completely when parking your vehicle - it
is expensive lose.
