I have seen the Sport Package in dealer lots.  The last one I saw was in
Manchester, New Hampshire, and earlier there was a silver at the Mazda
dealer in Montpelier, Vermont.
   There are now also a couple of Sport Appearance packages.  These have
the exterior goodies, but not the Torsen or Bilsteins.  They are cosmetic
only.
   I have never seen a 1999 Miata, with or without the Sport Package, that
didn't have power steering.  I don't mean to suggest that they aren't
available, but they seem to be scarce on dealer lots in the Northeast.
